These are Mitsuro Hikime chandelier sea grass hoops and are part of the 'Sea Grass Ribbon' collection. 
These feature two twirling hoops together cascading in silver. The light moves around its twists and turns, dancing  just as the Sea Grass deos beneath the sea.
 
These are handmade in solid sterling silver.
Measuring; Top circle width is 15mm. Larger circle width is 26mm. Length of the whole earring is 50mm. These dangle or articulate. 
Made with the ancient Japanese jewellery making technique of 'Mitsuro Hikime'.
